Annual billing does not create annual renewal or cancellation rights. Fees cover availability of the contracted entitlements, regardless of usage. Contractual remedies and mandatory rights remain applicable.
When issued by Legiscope, this Order constitutes the commercial offer. Acceptance under the Terms, including by initial payment, forms the Agreement and confirms agreement to the fixed term, total price, payment schedule and discounts above. The authorised representative confirms authority to bind the Customer.
