Review DPA

No schedule or evidence file is a fourth contractual document. The DPA automatically forms part of the Agreement whenever Legiscope processes Customer Personal Data; no separate DPA signature is required.

Order-specific amendments

List each express amendment and the provision it replaces. Never modify the unmodified Commission 2021/915 clauses here.

Signatures

Each person signing represents that they are authorised to bind the named Party. The Agreement takes effect on the final acceptance date unless the proposed effective date is expressly selected above.
